Half yearly resolution?

To paint a body of work ready to be sold or exhibited.

I've never really understood yearly resolutions. Why must you define your goals or start living how you want to from a specific date? Why not right now, from this very moment? It was only fitting I claim this as a half yearly resolution as it is ironically, and obviously, june. I've given up some things, things that have really mattered to me, to follow my passions, to live out these goals of mine. It may not be that realistic, a lot of my goals aren't, but it's where I get to through trying that matters in the end. I'm in a phenomenally philosophical mood.

Drinks and tunes with my people tonight!
